I am an experienced IT professional with a Master’s degree in M.Sc. (IT) from Mumbai University and a globally recognized Cisco CCNA 200-301 certification. In addition to my technical expertise, I am also a Sensei-level Karate Instructor with a 3rd Dan Black Belt, demonstrating my dedication, discipline, and perseverance.

With a strong interest in IT Networking, Cybersecurity, Technical Customer Support, and Web Development, I have independently designed and developed live websites for local businesses, showcasing my proficiency in web design and development. I am passionate about learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements.

I have worked as a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Engineer for nearly a year, specializing in troubleshooting and providing technical support for network security solutions. My experience includes working extensively with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama, assisting clients in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting security policies, network traffic flows, and high-availability setups.

Additionally, I have experience as an L2 NOC Engineer at HPE-Aruba Networks, where I was responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. I provided advanced support for Aruba wireless controllers, access points, and switches, diagnosing complex network issues and ensuring optimal network performance for global clients.

In my current role as a Technical Support Engineer in the Storage and High Availability department, I have gained valuable industry experience, working on challenging projects that require close collaboration with clients and teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
